Practical Steps. Labourhistorylancs.com
All undergraduates of history and local historians run into problems and difficulties at one time or another during research and investigation. Challenges can be small or large or sometimes appear insurmountable. At LHL we exist to help and assist as best we can with your tasks. Locating a piece of information, examining a primary source, scrutinizing an essay or just simply getting a second opinion are just a few aspects of what LHL likes to provide. Like all volunteers we are sometimes restricted in our efforts by time, volume of demand and technological hiccups but we always perform help in a straight-forward reliable and down to earth manner. If we cannot help we will let you know without wasting your time.
Like my old mum used to say, ‘the best place to start is by asking’. So just drop us a line and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible and discuss your historical quaundry.
Thank you for your trust and your cooperation and we look forward to talking to you soon.
Best
